Unprofessional -- lack of integrity
Xehost / Xehost.net charged me to renew my URL. After taking my payment the URL wasn't renewed. Now another company purchased my URL and is trying to sell it back to me for $2500. I have a paid invoice dating I renewed! Xehost is unwilling to resolve.

From the beginning I've been impressed with the customer service at XeHost. It's not everyday you talk to company employees through instant messenger programs. They are very easily accessible and are simply awesome!
