I am currently running a VPS hosting company and have my server with Zanadoo. Their support and service are excellent. They do not give managed service for unmanaged accounts but so far I am impressed.

This is the worst company I had ever worked. They had zero support.

Excellent company who has eyes on future. These guys want your long-term business. They are not interested in high turn-over and quick buck. I guess they figure if you are happy, you won't leave, and bring in other customers. Interesting concept.

They don't reply to email, and their telephone is answered by an ACCOUNTANTS office...
My domain was hijacked by them and has cost me thousands... $$$
