Steer well clear - diabolical - nightmare
Tech support - bunch of total amateurs who blame YOUR router, Ethernet cable, micro filter, computer, internal wiring, BT it is never their fault when you lose connectivity,poor service, rude unhelpful staff, expensive, poor value for money, diabolical.

Poor
I have had at least 3 major outages (or an hour or more), random billing - e.g. suddenly adding a new monthly charge, and a total lack of customer service. I would not recommend this company.
Tech support is helpful and answer the phone quickly.
