Just amazing service at a very sensible price!
The best part of being a Gigapros customer is that they are civically responsible in that they promote non-profit businesses and encourage their customers to help them find new and innovative ways of contributing and donating to a variety of cause. They have offered us great service and we have never had any downtime issues. Our website is always up and running. Billing has always been on time and correct.

Pleased using Gigapros hosting services. They have fast servers, my sites are running fast. They are very good service, excellent customer service via chat and email. Excellent, prompt customer service
I'm 100% satisfied client and can honestly say this host is trustworthy one. The prices are about average, but they offer a monthly payment option and not just a bundled option. Maintenance averages only a few minutes of downtime, 5-10 usually. I can only remember one time in the time I have been with them that a downtime has lasted a while.

I've been satisfied with Gigapros for the past year and a half. The customer support is helpful and when I call them, they reply rapidly and always ready to help and explain me everything I need to know. It is an outstanding host. Uptime is amazing, the servers are top notch!
I've worked with a few hosting providers but Gigapros response time was very quick and they solved my issue promptly. I bought their basic VPS for $20/mo, they contacted me immediaty and asked if I needed any help - all in all, I was impressed, they helped to upload all my files and from that time my site is running fast and efficiently.

It's a great hosting option.
I've tried many hosting providers over the last few years. By far Gigapros has the best support. I was amazed at how fast their technical people reply to emails. And they're very helpful. They've even done a few things for free even though they technically are supposed to charge. Overall it's a great deal. The servers are fast enough to handle e-commerce.

Like this decent web host, I'm happy.
Glad to choose Gigapros hosting. The support is really worth it for me. They help with things like Htacess files, and almost any web admin question you have. It's really worth the extra money just for that. I got affordability and service for the best available rates. Features are very good.
