Terrible company and customer service. Stay away!
We have been with register.com for 20 years and web.com bought them out. We are so disappointed. They had a system glitch and deleted all past emails. The customer service is terrible. They are not interested in helping you. I would never choose this company, you will be disappointed.

Worst service ever! Any issues you have you will wait at least 45 minutes to speak to a person and if they have to transfer you which seems they always do add 45 minutes each time.

They solved my problem related to Let's Encrypt SSL and I contacted their customer support they have given me quick solution. Great service received by them. After Domain racer and Blue host I got such type of quality service by web.com.

worst service I have ever seen
I chose Web.com since they built a site for me a year ago. Wrong decision this time. The developer I was given had ZERO creativity, returned emails 4 days later, never did what I asked for over and over, took 2 months to build still not done. NEVER AGAIN
