Web Hosting Review: When you call in for support, none of the phone lines work. Once you get in touch with someone, they will ask you "what is the secret word?" Then they will transfer you to a department that is another dead phone line.

Web Hosting Review: it's as bad as people say and worse. The customer service is as bad it gets . My site is down and I'm watching money go down the drain. I'm planning on switching. I'm scared about them holding my domain hostage as another poster mentioned. STAY AWAY!!!!

Web Hosting Review: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. a Nightmare. I can't access anything. I am just trying to get My files back so I can change carriers. They don't respond to my tickets, they just keep sending them to "specialist teams" TRY ANYWHERE ELSE.
