When you call in for support, none of the phone lines work. Once you get in touch with someone, they will ask you "what is the secret word?" Then they will transfer you to a department that is another dead phone line.

Ever since Web.com was taken over by Interlan, I have experienced major problems. My server for hosting and mail has been down for 3 days and they keep telling me that I have about 48 hours before they can resolve my problem. |

The worst support I've ever dealt with. Email accounts were moved without any notification. Worse yet, their servers would reject all mail from my internal servers. I couldn't send mail to my own accounts. Support said nothing they could do. |
