Advanced website security provider SiteLock has partnered with web host
Media Temple. SiteLock, which has headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, was established in 2008. The company bills itself as “the global leader in business website security solutions”. Its solutions provide websites with protection from a range of threats and possible attacks and help businesses meet PCI compliance standards. The company caters to around 5,000,000 customers globally and the partnership will see Media Temple adopt SiteLock’s services.
Media Temple, which has headquarters in Los Angeles, California, USA, was established in 1998. The company’s customers include “web developers, designers, and creative agencies” and businesses in around 100 countries. It manages around 1.5 million websites including those for brands like “Red Bull, Nike, Diesel and Under Armour”. It employs around 230 in the United States. SiteLock “can detect malware the minute it hits” and “automatically neutralizes and removes” threats. As a result of the partnership SiteLock will be automatically activated to protect Media Temple accounts.
