Behavox has deployed a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) version of its service on the cloud infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Behavox has headquarters in New York, United States and offices in London, New York and Singapore. Established in 2014, the company bills itself as the ‘People Analytics company’. Its customer base includes global businesses and financial and investment institutions.
Behavox uses AI to help businesses make better decisions. Its software solutions establish “previously undetectable insights” using “vast amounts of structured and unstructured data”. These insights enable organizations to enhance revenue generation and better protect their reputations. Alongside ‘Big Data’ analytics, the company's extensive range of options include machine learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and trading data analysis. Its new SaaS-based service complements the company’s existing on-premise implementations.
Behavox’s fully-managed SaaS options allow customers to focus on their business needs and avoid the complexities of managing AI-related IT. The new service took two years to develop in partnership with several of the company’s customers. Alongside ongoing support and a 99.9% uptime guarantee, the services offer “fortress-like security controls” to ensure data protection.
