Alexandra Coleman has been appointed the new CEO of GIS managed cloud provider ROK Technologies, LLC (
ROK). ROK, which has headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina, United States, was established in 1997. Alongside managed cloud options, the company offers a range of services including cloud-based IT infrastructure, hosting for the ArcGIS platform, and consulting options. An Esri Silver business partner and ArcGIS server Application Service Provider licensee, ROK caters to companies in a range industries and several government bodies. Mr. Coleman takes up his new role August 8, 2018.
Mr. Coleman is currently ROK’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He joined ROK full-time in January of 2017 and his role at the company has seen him lead the company’s range of products and services strategy. Alongside Jason Harris, ROK’s CTO, he helped launch the company’s GIS Managed Cloud Services. He also managed the company’s cloud solution provider partnerships. He takes over from David M. Deignan who becomes Chairman of the Board at ROK.
