Cartika has announced the launch of Microsoft Exchange cloud hosting options - Cartika Microsoft Exchange Cloud Hosting Solutions for Business. Established in 2000 and with headquarters in Toronto, Canada, Cartika offers infrastructure services which support a range of management solutions and clustering technologies. Its Microsoft Exchange solutions are designed for businesses and resellers who "have grown beyond the levels of support and availability provided by cloud email solutions like Microsoft 365".
Cartika's new options provide 20 GB mailboxes with inbound email filtered for spam and viruses using Microsoft Forefront, while outbound email is filtered using SpamExperts' email security solutions. Each account is provided with an Outlook or Outlook for Mac license as well as the capability to synchronize with Blackberry devices. Microsoft Exchange offers a range of collaboration solutions including shared calendars and Outlook Web Access and can be managed through its United States and Canada-based data centers. This enables American and Canadian customers who must keep sensitive data in their respective countries to choose an appropriate location for their services.
Cartika’s Exchange Hosting platform offers real-time backup and inbox replication alongside Bacula4Hosts integration. Bacula4Hosts enables Cartika’s Exchange users to restore data using one of fifteen restore points create every day. The solution is underpinned ongoing email, phone, and chat technical support.
