An automatic migration tool is also available to customers moving to Windows 2012 hosting.
The new Windows hosting platform is compatible with Visual Studio 2012, Visual Studio Express 2012 and WebMatrix 2, and also offers a number of enhancements. These include Internet Information Services 8.0 (IIS 8), ASP.NET 4.5 , MVC 4, Entity Framework 5, Dynamic IP restriction, WebSockets and node.js.
