Founder and VP Rob Tyree explained the reasoning for expanding into Windows hosting: "We at Bitstream have long been providers of traditional Linux hosting services, but with the increased demand for services such as ASP, ASP.net, and Frontpage, it seemed it was time to expand our product offerings. This expansion will better allow us to serve our existing clients, and will open the door for many new clients that we were unable to provide service for previously."
The new Windows hosting plans will include several new plans from Bitstream, with accounts ranging in features. Bitstream will simultaneously be launching their Windows Reseller plans, with plans sized to fit both large and small resellers alike.
