Blue Bell Web Hosting, LLC (Blue Bell Web Hosting) has acquired fellow web host OneHopWeb. Blue Bell Web Hosting, also an Internet Service Provider, has headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, United States. The company caters to SME's and larger organizations with a range of hosting services that include reseller hosting and Virtual Dedicated Servers. It prides itself on offering the ”highest quality web hosting services to businesses worldwide” and believes in helping clients “achieve their online goals”. Its services are offered through a data center in Philadelphia and also include web design and domain name registration. The acquisition of OneHopWeb adds features and services to Blue Bell Web Hosting’s portfolio as well as adding user accounts to its books.
OneHopWeb’s customers have been migrated to Blue Bell Web Hosting's infrastructure and will be transitioned to its billing system by the end of 2016. There will be no change in terms for OneHopWeb’s customers and no additional costs as a result of the acquisition.
"Blue Bell Web Hosting, LLC and OneHopWeb are a powerful combination,” explained Blue Bell Web Hosting’s CEO Vincent Morgan. “Once our systems are fully integrated, not only will they continue to get the same great features that they have been getting from OneHopWeb, they will also have additional features that Blue Bell Web Hosting brings to the table. This will deliver an even better experience not only to our new OneHopWeb clients but all of our Blue Bell Web Hosting clients as a whole."
