Loud n Clear (LNC) has joined the SmarterTools Partner Program. The company, which is based in London and was established in 1995, caters to companies of all sizes and bills itself as “the ideal partner for UK businesses and corporations of all sizes”. It offers a range of web hosting services, including shared hosting, Virtual Private Server options, and colocation.
The company’s partnership with SmarterTools will enable its customers to utilize email, live chat and web analytics services at no additional cost. This market leading “software bundle” has a value of around $800. The software bundle being offered to customers includes “SmarterMail Professional, which offers 250 mailboxes, “SmarterStats Professional”, which offers analytics for 50 sites, and SmarterTrack Professional, which is a customer service and support solution.
Established in 2003, SmarterTools Inc. is located in Phoenix, Arizona, USA and focuses on providing Windows mail server, customer service software, Web log analytics and SEO software solutions. It prides itself in offering solutions that “simplify and automate” business IT operations and caters to customers in around 100 countries.
“We are thrilled with the new partnership with SmarterTools as it allows us to offer a robust alternative mail server to our customers that doesn’t involve the complexities of MS Exchange,” explained Rob Edsell, the Director of LNC. “Best of all, by simply adding more resources it can be run on a single VM alongside any existing application, which keeps costs down for everyone.”
