Mr. Messer was engaged “based on his extensive customer service and infrastructure experience” as well as his experience at Northrop Grumman, where he was involved in overseeing “several multi-million dollar IT services contracts”.
"My extensive technical and managerial experience has allowed me the opportunity to manage many organizational improvement initiatives; infrastructure and customer service accounted for a significant number of those efforts," explained Mr. Messer.
The company clearly has great faith in their new executive. Tamara Field, President of Apollo Hosting, suggested, "With Bret as Director of Operations, we expect our customers to experience significant improvements with regard to the efficiency and manageability of their websites". The first change Mr. Messer has made to Apollo Hosting’s operations is to increase support hours so support is available 7:00 to 19:00.
