British Columbia-based Canadian Web Hosting Announces Budget and Enterprise Dedicated Server Upgrades
British Columbia-based company Canadian Web Hosting has announced upgrades to its budget and enterprise dedicated server offerings through its Toronto, Ontario and Vancouver, British Columbia data center facilities. The SSAE 16 Type II SOC 2 certified company, which was established in 1998, offers a range of products and services and caters predominantly to business customers. Its services include shared hosting, private clouds, cloud hosting, dedicated servers and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) options. The company's upgrades are intended to attract customers to use its Canada-based hosting services through improved performance and flexibility.

The upgrades have included increased RAM allocations, meaning Canadian Web Hosting's budget devices now offer a minimum of 8GB of RAM. Alongside this budget serever processors have been upgraded to Intel v3 while Intel Solid State Drive (SSD) drives have also been added. The company's Enterprise Dedicated Servers now offer 32GB of RAM, making them "more ideal for business-critical applications or private clouds including VMware and OpenStack virtualization options".

"With Canadian Web Hosting, every customer can experience world-class hosting and know that they have an infrastructure partner acting as an extension of their business," explained Canadian Web Hosting's Chief Strategy Officer Matt McKinney. "With these new server upgrades, our customers are assured that they can meet the most demanding needs and have 24/7 expert help for planning, deploying and managing their dedicated servers."
