Quorum is to display its hybrid-cloud disaster “Data-Recovery-as-a-Service” solutions at Cloud Expo Europe. The company will be at booth #167 at the event, which takes place at the London Excel Centre between March 11 and 12 2015.
Quorum typically caters to mid-sized companies with no tolerance for system delays or interruptions. Its backup solution is the first of its kind in the United Kingdom. Whereas cloud-based data backups can restore specific data, Quorum’s DRaaS solution restores “the entire IT workflow” including that related to applications, servers and data. This ensures the consistent availability of critical applications.
Quorum will show its onQ solution, which duplicates customers’ critical systems through virtual machine clones that are “capable of taking over failed servers in minutes”. Also on show is onQ Prime - Quorum’s DRaaS extension offering “one-click recovery”, and onQ Flex, which facilitates the recovery of mission critical servers. Alongside onQ, onQ Prime and onQ Flex the company will show Archive Vault, which enables customers to archive critical data backups and aids businesses with compliance requirements.
“Cloud Expo is a great time to bring together the forward-thinking experts in our industry,” explained Quorum’s EMEA sales director, David Fisk. “The exhibition is an opportunity to showcase our range of products and talk to like-minded people about trends in business continuity“.
