December 21, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – It was announced today that British web hosting provider Hosted (http://www.hosted.co.uk) will use SWsoft (http://www.swsoft.com) PEM automation and billing software for its new shared Linux and Windows hosting services to be launched on December 15, 2006.
“We approached SWsoft on October 15 for a full implementation of PEM by December 15,” explained Shaun Curtis of Validate Ltd., Hosted brand owner. “SWsoft guided us through a well-organized process to develop, design and install a customized PEM solution in less than eight weeks.”
Hosted will deliver customer services using the solution which includes an “online storefront, mechanized provisioning, billing and customer self-service through web-based control panels”.
“The PEM implementation at Hosted demonstrates how the SWsoft services team can rapidly customize the standard modules to deploy a unique solution,” added SWsoft’s Chief Executive Officer, Serguei Beloussov. “Once PEM is deployed, providers can use the robust API and SDK to further customize their offerings and adapt the platform for new services.”
