Business Management Software Provider Ubersmith Launches New Partner Program
Business management software provider Ubersmith has announced the launch of a new partner program. An INAP company, Ubersmith has headquarters in New York, United States. The company specializes in "usage-based billing, quoting, order management, infrastructure management and help desk ticketing solutions". It caters to a broad global customer base with services that "shorten time-to-market and boost overall efficiency". The new partner program is designed to enable channel companies to offer greater value to customers and generate new revenue streams.

Ubersmith's new program is intended to leverage the ongoing trend of companies migrating to the cloud with subscription and recurring billing. The program categorizes partners into three groups - Technology, Services, and Channel. Each group has three levels of activity - Registered, Advanced, and Premier. To enable partners to generate revenue and profit, they receive sales and marketing support from Ubersmith, including access to its 'sales enablement resources' and dedicated tech support. Ubersmith also offers partners product education and sales and marketing training. Ubersmith's Head of Business Development Jeremy Chang will oversee the program.

“When talking with our existing base of partners, they are all looking for ways to transition their portfolio from support for traditional billing to subscription and recurring billing models that are based on consumption,” explained Mr. Chang. “We’re giving partners what they need to accelerate this transition so that together we are both stronger going to market helping customers with our complementary capabilities.”

“The time is right for us to formalize our relationships with these companies, so we’ve decided to invest in this global partner initiative as a key step in our next phase of growth,” added Ubersmith's President, Kurt Daniel. “Our goal is simple: Help our partners evolve their offerings to capitalize on usage-based billing opportunities in order to grow their businesses and expand their value to their customers. As head of business development, Jeremy will help us achieve this goal”.
