August 2, 2008
August 2, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Canadian driver Ron Fellows will drive Go Daddy’s #5 Chevrolet at an upcoming NASCAR race in Montreal, Canada, it was reported recently. Mr. Fellows will take part in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve Series, which begins Saturday at 3 p.m. EDT.

"Ron Fellows is the master when it comes to road courses," explained Bob Parsons, GoDaddy.com’s CEO and Founder. "He's pumped and ready to roll in the No. 5 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet!" Go Daddy’s car was designed by Dale Earnhardt Jr., a popular NASCAR driver.

"It's going to be fun to drive the No. 5 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet," explained Mr. Fellows. "It may sound cliche – but it's an honor too. Being Canadian and now having the world’s largest registrar offer the .CA domain is tremendous. In fact, I just registered RonFellows.ca with Go Daddy!”

GoDaddy.com entered NASCAR in December, after signing a deal with JR Motorsports and Hendrick Motorsports. JR Motorsports and Hendrick Motorsports officially combined operations for the NASCAR Nationwide Series after the 2007 racing schedule. The agreement made Go Daddy the primary sponsor for the No. 5 ASCAR Nationwide Series Chevrolets for six races in 2008.
