Cheval Capital makes it 100 Web Hosting Transactions

November 2, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Cheval Capital (http://www.chevalcap.com) has completed 100 web hosting transactions, the company announced recently. The “boutique investment banking firm and web hosting industry specialist” based in Alexandria, Virginia, USA, achieved the milestone with the recent successful sale of web hosting firm, Host Department, LLC to Nettlinx Limited. The sale is the 19th transaction Cheval completed in 2007.

“We’ve been very fortunate since we began in this industry with Verio in the late 1990’s to have worked with a large number of great companies,” explained Hillary Stiff of Cheval. “We had the pleasure in this case of working for Host Department and I believe that this will be a terrific transaction for both parties.”
