ClickUp, the all-in-one productivity platform, has announced its expansion in the APAC region with the addition of a new local data center in Singapore, in response to growing demand. Customers on ClickUp's Enterprise plan will now benefit from another APAC location to host their data, at no extra charge. This move follows ClickUp's recent announcement of localized data hosting in Sydney at the end of 2023.
Operated by Amazon Web Services, ClickUp's second APAC data center in Singapore promises enhanced performance and scalability, ensuring customers can expand their operations seamlessly without compromising speed or efficiency. Migration of eligible workspaces to the new data center has already commenced.
Ankesh Chopra, Vice President APAC at ClickUp, emphasized the importance of ensuring the safety and efficient management of customer data amidst growing demand in APAC. He stated, "The establishment of our Singapore data center reinforces our commitment to the region and provides another way to support our rapidly growing customer base."
ClickUp's presence in APAC continues to strengthen, with notable customers including Shopee, Eastspring Investments, Singapore Management University, and YSQ International. Additionally, ClickUp has onboarded ten new partners, such as HarmonyX, Web Spiders Group, and Digibeacon, to further extend its sales and services capabilities.
