has launched services in India. Constant Contact, which has global headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States, is an Endurance International Group company alongside brands like Bluehost, HostGator and Domain.com. Established in 1995, the company has “has helped millions of small businesses around the world with the online marketing tools, resources, and personalized coaching they need to grow their business”. The company now offers SMEs in India “affordable tools to grow their businesses”.
At the close of 2015 India had 350 million Internet users and projections suggest this figure will increase to 730 million by 2021. It is also one of the countries with the highest number of small and medium-sized companies. As a result, India represents an ideal market for Constant Contact’s services. The company will launch “highly localized” services in India, optimizing products for the Indian market and offering a dedicated India website (http://constantcontact.in/). A free version of its email marketing solutions will be available to Indian companies, with the option to “move to a paid plan based on their usage patterns and needs”.
