Bridgeline Digital, Inc. (Bridgeline Digital) is supporting a leading healthcare solutions provider. Bridgeline Digital, which has headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts, United States, was established in 2000. The company specializes in “solutions that transform how brands interact with their customers”. The “leading healthcare solutions provider” will be leveraging Bridgeline’s managed cloud hosting services to host its websites.
Bridgeline Digital’s service offers “PCI Level One compliance in a SOC2-audited environment powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS)”. The unnamed publicly-traded customer is making a total investment of around $200,000 in Bridgeline and signed a two-year hosting contract to continue using its digital experience software and ‘Unbound Content’ platform. This will include fully-managed hosting services with infrastructure maintenance and ongoing application monitoring. The service will also provide backups and disaster recovery options.

Alongside managed hosting, Bridgeline’s services extend to web application development, ecommerce, web content management and digital strategy. Bridgeline has a presence in Chicago, Denver, Tampa, New York and California, United States. Its customers range from “mid market organizations to divisions within Fortune 1,000 companies”.
