Cloud-based technology solutions provider SMB Help Desk and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions provider Cirrus Insight have formed a partnership. SMB Help Desk, which has headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, United States, bills itself as “an award winning IT consulting organization” which specializes in catering to small to medium-sized businesses by providing cloud-based technology solutions. The company’s services extending to on a range of solution including Salesforce, Office 365, and Azure. Its partnership with Cirrus Insight will add a “brand new solution to the market for customers using Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce”.

Cirrus Insight, which has headquarters in Laguna Hills, California, United States, offers services that integrate Salesforce with third party services such as Office 365 and Google’s Gmail. Its Calendar and Email Sync offering enables Office 365 users to “automatically sync their emails and calendar events from Exchange online into Salesforce”.

“We’re very excited about the partnership with The SMB Help Desk, Inc.,” explained Cirrus Insight’s Vice President of Channel Sales, Sue Fernand. “This gives Salesforce and Microsoft customers an easy way to get the data they are already managing in Outlook and Office 365 into Salesforce where it can be used for valuable reporting on sales cycles and sales activity,” she added.
