Cloud computing and enterprise hosting provider
Denovo Ventures, LLC (Denovo) has acquired cloud company Business Technology Services (BizTech). Denovo, which has headquarters in Niwot, Colorado, USA, was founded in 2003. The company specializes in “designing, installing, managing and supporting enterprise software solutions” for a range of cloud platforms including public, hybrid and private platforms. It operates SOC 2-certified data centers in the United States and Europe and has completed “over 800 Oracle ERP projects for a wide variety of commercial and public sector clients”. Financial aspects of its acquisition have not been released but the move underscores the company’s aggressive growth plans.
BizTech, which has headquarters in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA, focuses on helping businesses “maximize the value of their Oracle investments”. It provides Oracle consulting, cloud, and technology services and caters to a broad customer base, with over 400 business accounts. Its wide range of services include consulting, Oracle technology and software reselling services, alongside hosting and managed cloud services.
“This acquisition is strategic to us in so many ways,” explained the Chief Executive Officer of Denovo, Marty Snella. “First and foremost, it significantly deepens our portfolio of Oracle ERP products and cloud services. The Eastern expansion, also demonstrates our commitment to becoming Oracle’s go-to national partner, across all Oracle products.” Marty continued, “Tom has done a phenomenal job assembling a very talented senior leadership team at BizTech. We are excited that the BizTech Management team is moving forward with Denovo, and will take on significant roles within our organization. This is critical to our rapid growth strategy in the Eastern US.”
