Oracle NetSuite (NetSuite) has announced it has added IT solutions experts Retail Process Engineering Solutions (RPE) to its ‘Alliance Partner Program’. NetSuite, which is based in San Mateo, California, United States, is a cloud pioneer, starting cloud operations in 1998. It was the first company to provide online business applications and now offers a wide range of solutions including cloud-based financial services, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource (HR) solutions and “omnichannel commerce software that runs the business of companies in more than 100 countries”. The partnership will enable RPE to “add a cloud ERP practice to work in collaboration with NetSuite sales, account management and professional services”.
RPE caters to the retail industry providing services that “help retailers improve the customer engagement, increase sales and improve profitability”. With headquarters in Land O' Lakes, Florida, United States, the company was established in 1999. Its offerings extend to business process improvement services, strategic IT planning and systems implementation. Its data center services include cloud hosting, systems management and disaster recovery. Retailers will benefit from the combined expertise of RPE and NetSuite who can help “streamline their business operations in areas like financial management, order management, operations, point of sale and customer relations”. RPE staff have become NetSuite certified and can now help their customers “achieve greater ROI from their NetSuite investment and NetSuite ERP implementation”.
