Cloud computing services provider NXTurn, LLC (NXTurn) has acquired
Upilio Consulting. NXTurn, which has headquarters in Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States, is “dedicated to providing customers with the most forward-thinking professionals in the business”. Established in 2005, the company specializes in the implementation and integration of Oracle NetSuite (NetSuite) solutions.
NetSuite offers a number of software options that are designed to enable companies to manage functions like accounting, operations and customer relations. A ‘Five-Star Award Partner for Oracle NetSuite’, NXTurn enables businesses to “leverage their NetSuite investment to achieve critical business objectives”. Financial aspects of its acquisition of Upilio have not been released.
An Oracle NetSuite partner, Upilio has headquarters in San Mateo, California, United States. The company was established in 2015 and also specializes in NetSuite solutions. Its customer base includes leading brands such as Abila, Dodge Data and Analytics, eFolder, Inc., Formlabs, and Younique. The acquisition is designed to add value for NXTurn’s NetSuite customers by adding resources, expertise and solutions to its ecommerce capabilities.
“Both NXTurn and Upilio have embraced the power of technology and have leveraged bold innovations to revolutionize the industry,” explained Jan Arendtsz the President of Upilio. “The combination of their consulting services, along with NXTurn’s leadership in cloud ERP and CRM technology, is expected to meet the increased business demands to deliver a seamless, omnichannel commerce experience to consumers and businesses.”
