The Aldridge Company has bought Dallas, Texas-based The Harding Group's IT services division. The company will absorb The Harding Group's sales and technical staff, increasing the number of IT staff it employs and extending the level of expertise amongst its workforce. The company also announced it has made Yaser Wassef IT Director, Professional Services. Mr. Wassef will report to the company's President and COO Patrick Wiley and be in charge of operations in Dallas.
The purchase underscores the company’s policy of enabling its customers to benefit from a skilled pool of employees and the latest IT solutions. The Aldridge Company's services allow its customers to focus on their core competencies. The company offers highly available, secure and stable cloud hosting, dedicated servers and colocation. Its purchase of The Harding Group's IT services division immediately expands the range of services it offers. Customers will now benefit from additional storage solutions, collaboration options, and identity management services, as well as network infrastructure options such as remote connectivity, clustering, technology rollout, and data backup.
