Cloud Hosting Services Provider Green House Data Acquires IaaS Provider Ajubeo
Cloud hosting services provider Green House Data has acquired Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider Ajubeo. With headquarters in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States, Green House Data offers VMware-based SSAE 16 Type II and HIPAA-compliant services (including colocation, hybrid IT, and managed services) using “highly energy efficient” green data centers. The company received a credit line of $16,000,000 earlier this year and its acquisition of Ajubeo underscores its extensive expansion plans.

Ajubeo, which is also based in Denver, offers a number of public, private, and hybrid cloud products. Established in 2011, the company provides “high-performance, enterprise-class virtual private data centers and cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)”. Its services are offered with CIOs in mind and benefit from levels of performance that can handle today’s enterprise requirements. The company’s “connected data centers” are in Denver, New Jersey, and Germany. Financial aspects of the acquisition have not been released.

“We are continuing to execute on our aggressive growth strategy through strategic acquisition as well as new logo growth,” explained Shawn Mills, the President and CEO of Green House Data. “We’re now even better positioned to serve the Denver and other Front Range companies with high-touch, customer-focused cloud solutions while adding another edge location option for our existing customers.”
