Cloud marketplace company Resello has chosen
Interxion as its Microsoft Azure Stack data center partner. Resello is a “multi-tier reseller solution” providing a cloud distribution and automation platform – the Resello Cloud Marketplace. Designed to “make selling IT solutions easy”, the marketplace caters to resellers who wish to run cloud businesses. Resello provides access to hosting, domain, cloud solution and managed services and offers a “brandable storefront, back office, support and billing system” through customer control panels. It has a presence in the Netherlands, India and Russia and caters to a network of over 15,000 resellers globally. Interxion was selected to cater for Resello’s Microsoft Azure Stack deployment across Europe.
Interxion, which has headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands, was established in 1998. The company is recognized as a leading European cloud-neutral colocation data center services provider and has a network of 45 data centers in 11 countries in Europe. Through Interxion Resello now gives Marketplace customers the ability to deliver scalable and flexible Microsoft Azure services. Customers now have the choice of which applications to run in Azure, and where Azure is deployed. They also have the choice of an Azure Stack in either their own data center, Microsoft’s Public Azure, or both. Together Resello and Interxion are “uniquely positioned to help resellers leverage the benefits of Azure Stack”. Resello is involved in the development of Azure Stack and Interxion facilitates Microsoft ExpressRoute through its ‘Cloud Connect’ platform.
