Cloud Technology Solutions (CTS) and machine learning company Qlouder are to merge. CTS, which has headquarters in Manchester, United Kingdom, was established in 2008. The company facilitates “business transformation through the power of the cloud” and empowers teams through collaboration. It is recognized as the United Kingdom’s premier Google Cloud Premier Partner and its services include G Suite and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) options. The company has “successfully moved and managed over 10 million users from over 80 countries to the cloud” using its proprietary CloudMigrator and CloudManager solutions.
Qlouder, which has headquarters in Maarssen, Utrecht, Netherlands, was established in 2012. The company’s services include app development, machine learning services and data science/’Big Data’ offerings. A Google Cloud Platform Premier Partner, it is also an Official G Suite Premier Partner. The company has won numerous awards including the 2017 Google Cloud Global Partner Award for Customer Excellence in Application Development. The merger will create an organization with 150 experienced team members operating from offices in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
“This merger is a very significant step for the business,” explained CTS’ CEO James Doggart. “It lays the foundation for us to expand our presence and strengthen our offering at a time when the market for our expertise is growing rapidly. We view this as a real opportunity to penetrate further into the European market as the sole provider of a full-service Google Cloud solution.”
