Oncore IT Ltd. (Oncore IT) has acquired unified communications company Fuse Technologies. Oncore IT, which is a Managed Services Provider (MSP), was established in 2004. The company has headquarters in London, United Kingdom, and also operates in the Netherlands. Its range of services include managed cloud infrastructure, managed hosting, disaster recovery options, data backup services, and failover systems. Oncore IT also operates as a “strategic and technical consultancy”. It also helps customers “deliver IT projects and services more effectively and efficiently” and enter new markets more easily. Financial aspects of Oncore IT’s acquisition of Fuse Technologies have not been released.
Fuse Technologies, which has headquarters in London, United Kingdom, caters to its customers’ telephony and unified communications needs. The company develops “innovative bespoke apps, applications, and systems” and leverages the technology of partners that include CA Technologies, Cisco, Microsoft and Solgari. Its core offerings include API management, advisory services, cost reduction analysis and a range of managed services. Oncore IT received a loan from British bank ‘OakNorth’ to make the acquisition.
