Microsoft has signed a letter of intent to buy Adallom and if it does so it will be the corporation's fourth Israeli acquisition so far in 2015. Microsoft has yet to confirm the news, which was initially reported in Israel's Calcalist financial newspaper. The purchase would come on the heels of Microsoft's purchase of Aorato Ltd. in January this year. Aorato's software also monitors enterprise IT system access.
