CloudRanger has announced the launch of a new 'Managed Services Partner (MSP) Program'. CloudRanger, which has headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, United States, was established in 2013. The company offers a range of products and services which include "the world's easiest to use, Enterprise backup and disaster recovery platform for Amazon Web Services (AWS)". With CloudRanger users can use a single interface to manage servers and backup policies across multiple AWS accounts in a number of regions. The MSP program is designed to address the needs of service providers and individual MSP partners.
CloudRanger’s Server Management Platform provides control over the cloud by facilitating scheduling and backup policies from a single dashboard. MSPs of a range of sizes can leverage CloudRanger and some of the company's largest MSP partners perform upwards of 20,000 backups on a weekly basis. Its new program will enable MSPs to more effectively cater for customers that require CloudRanger’s server management capabilities. For added protection, the solution also copies snapshots or AMIs stores them in another geographic AWS location or another AWS account to safeguard against disasters. The system also provides automated server scheduling for Amazon EC2 and RDS resources.
