LuxCloud have announced the appointment of Harry Singh as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region.
According to LuxCloud, due to the company’s rapid growth, they felt the need to appoint an individual with an "experience of sales leadership from numerous international companies".
Singh’s main responsibilities within the company will be to concentrate on furthering business strategies, along with the building and developing global relationships. LuxCloud will be hoping he can apply his 15 years of sales leadership experience to achieve these targets.
Marco Houwen, Founder and CEO, LuxCloud spoke of the company’s latest recruitment, "Harry is a valuable addition to the LuxCloud team," he said.
"He is a creative and innovative problem solver with proven sales leadership skills garnered from around the world. “We are confident that his arrival will herald future triumphs in the APAC region."
Singh, who holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK, joins LuxCloud following his previous role as Director of an independent strategy, advisory and investment firm situated in Singapore. Prior to this he was also VP in Enterprise Sales South East Asia, and has worked for Verizon Business, MCI Global Sales Benelux and American Airlines.
Following the release of their Platform, and a compilation of cloud services, Hosted 365, the Luxembourg-based Company is looking to expand to the APAC market, in order to gain future growth. The cloud computing service providers will also be sponsoring the WHD events in India and Thailand on May 21 & 22, and May 24 & 25 respectively.
LuxCloud adds to its portfolio
LuxCloud added to its ever increasing product portfolio in March, 2012, with the launch of Hosted365, a compilation of cloud services allowing service providers, telecom operators and value added resellers the opportunity to offer a hosted desktop with web based versions of Microsoft Office programs.
