Cloud Services Company Bulletproof to Acquire AWS Cloud Solutions Provider Cloud House
Cloud services company Bulletproof is to acquire Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud solutions provider Cloud House Limited (Cloud House). Bulletproof, whose headquarters are in New South Wales, Australia, bills itself as “Australia's leading end-to-end mission critical Cloud Services and Managed Services Provider”. The company offers a wide range of products and services including AWS and VMware-based managed cloud services alongside hybrid cloud options. It also delivers cloud applications and infrastructure solutions. Bulletproof has agreed to pay NZ$1m ($670,000) for Cloud House and the acquisition will be independently financed.

Cloud House has headquarters in Auckland, New Zealand and offices in Wellington. The company is recognized as a leading cloud services company in New Zealand and the country’s biggest AWS Advanced Consulting partner. The company caters to an enterprise customer base and offers “consulting, billing and managed services” for businesses transitioning to the cloud. Cloud House’s owners will to become part of Bulletproof’s executive team as part of the deal. This is Bulletproof's third acquisition since 2014.
