birch.com has completed its customer asset acquisition of voice and data solutions provider OrbitCom, Inc. The company, which alongside cloud services offers data center and IT services, communications and network options, managed communications, broadband, and metro-fiber, caters to businesses of a range of sizes. OrbitComb represents Birch’s 25th acquisition with 5,000 business customers added to the company’s books.
Birch’s purchase of OrbitCom extends its presence to 14 US states, Canada and Puerto Rico. The move offers OrbitCom’s former customers access to Birch’s products and services. “We're excited that our customers can access solutions with a broad array of products that address the total communication and technology needs of their businesses," explained OrbitCom’s President, Brad VanLeur.
