DoubleHorn has joined the Rackspace Partner Network. The company, which was established in 2005 and has headquarters in Austin, Texas, USA, provides services that aim to meet the requirements of businesses and government bodies through solutions that are packaged using products from a number of cloud providers. The company's brokering services guide companies to the solutions they require and provide a "single source for billing and support of multiple cloud products". Its partnership with Rackspace means it can now offer customers an even greater choice of options.
DoubleHorn will "collaborate with Rackspace to add mutual value for current customers and to increase targeted exposure and the reputation for both companies". The Rackspace Partner Network allows contributing organizations to choose from a range of programs that might fit their requirements. These include a referral program, a cloud affiliate program, a reseller program, a strategic partner program and an email reseller program.
"As a Cloud Services Broker, DoubleHorn advises the customers in selecting the right solution, implements, maintains and offers single source for billing and support, and this allows the State agencies to procure Rackspace Cloud products along with DoubleHorn’s support services through our DIR contract, and we are excited about this collaboration," explained DoubleHorn's CEO, Tab Schadt. “State agencies can take advantage of Rackspace’s renowned Fanatical Support across a broad portfolio of IT products, including public cloud, private cloud, hybrid hosting and dedicated hosting."
