Cloud services provider RapidScale
has announced the launch of its new Partner Portal. The company manages the proprietary CloudOffice platform which delivers "world-class, secure, and reliable cloud computing solutions to companies of all sizes across the globe". These include companies in a range of areas, agents, resellers and managed services providers throughout America. RapidScale's solutions include CloudServer,CloudDesktop, CloudOffice, CloudMail, CloudRecovery, and CloudApps.
The CloudPortal provides an interface for customers in the RapidScale partner community to manage their cloud accounts. RapidScale's new interface enables partners to "create proposals, manage proposals, manage customers, review bills, access marketing documentation, access systems, and much more". The introduction of the portal represents the first step in a "one-stop-shop" which gives the company's customers and partner network access to all aspects of RapidScale's business. Once all the updates have rolled out, the interface will allow network customers to access details on users and their infrastructure, and enable them to "project revenues, follow-up with inquiries, request resources" amongst other features.

"The portal design and vision was the product of involvement with the build out of PAETEC Online, which in the early days of Competitive Local Exchange Carriers, was a huge differentiator for PAETEC Communications”.
