Cloud Services Provider VPS.net Offers SSD VPS in New Locations
Cloud services provider VPS.net has announced it is offering its Solid State Disk (SSD) Virtual Private Server (VPS) options in new locations. VPS.net, which has headquarters in Providence, Utah, United States, is a UK2 Group brand. Established in 2009, the company caters to around 10,000 clients globally. It now offers SSD VPS through new locations in the United States - Phoenix, Arizona, Atlanta, Georgia and Seattle, Washington. These locations “bring VPS.net’s SSD VPS offering up to 13 locations across North America and Europe”.

The new locations were chosen because of their “impact on the US tech scene”. VPS.net avoided traditional tech areas such as Silicon Valley in favor of locations that are poised to become key startup centers and offer lower costs of living. Those utilizing services through the new locations will benefit from “industry leading hardware” alongside free SSL certificates and ongoing support. All services at the new locations are underpinned by a genuine 99.99% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA).

"Atlanta, Seattle and Phoenix all represent major tech hubs in the US,” explained VPS.net’s CEO John Morris. “It's from these cities that we are seeing more and more of the most innovative tech startups flourish. That's why it was an easy choice when picking out our latest VPS.net locations.” He went on to add, “From these new locations, we can support new and growing tech startups with the highest standards when it comes to speed, power and service. We are so pleased to launch these new locations and can't wait to start powering infrastructure for a whole new range of businesses."
