Colo4Dallas Offers 15 Minute Reboot Guarantee

April 29, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Co-location and dedicated web hosting company Colo4Dallas, announced a new Service Level Agreement that includes a 15-minute reboot guarantee 24 hours a day.

"Some people may think that is a bold claim to make, but we've always responded to reboot and tech support requests very quickly, so it made sense for us to put it in writing," noted Paul VanMeter, Colo4Dallas President and Chief Technology Officer. Lengthy trouble ticket response times are a common complaint in the colocation industry. VanMeter explained, "Many of our new customers have switched from other facilities where they've had to wait hours or even days for a server reboot, but we're committed to getting customers back up as quickly as possible, often before they even have a chance to cancel out their trouble ticket."
