June 24, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Comodo, the Risk Alignment Specialists announced an agreement today that will see its control panel, H-Sphere, powering the hosting operations of Ireland's largest independent hosting company, Hosting365.
The agreement, spread over a five year period marks the strengthening of an already healthy relationship between the two companies.
Hosting365 began supplying hosting to the Irish market in 1997. Since then they have expanded their portfolio and now provide a full range of services - including shared hosting, dedicated servers and enterprise solutions.
The agreement was officially announced at the inauguration of Hosting365s new state of the art datacenter in Dublin on Monday which was attended by the Irish deputy Prime Minister, An Tanaiste Mary Harvey.
H-Sphere is widely recognized as uniquely suited to meet the demands of enterprise level hosting operations. H-Sphere is a scalable multiserver web hosting solution. It has many advanced features and a sophisticated billing system to automate and improve your web hosting tasks. H-Sphere was designed to work on many servers and can be scaled by adding more web, mail, database, and DNS servers without any downtime. It provides a simple, easy-to-use control panel, admin interface, private label reselling, built-in SSL certificate management tool, virtual private servers, integrated billing, trouble ticket system and powerful clustering capabilities - even allowing the management of multiple Linux, FreeBSD & Win200x servers as one centralized cluster.
Recent additions such as the ability to assign physical servers to resellers have enabled webhosts to further expand the range of options and services they can deliver to their customers and partners.
Melih Abdulhayoglu, President and CEO Comodo Inc, feels that the deal is as much a convergence of philosophies as it is one of business acumen,
"Comodo are delighted to have strengthened our existing ties with Ireland's premier webhosting company. We all know hosting is one of the most cut-throat arenas in modern e-commerce. Tight margins and a multitude of competitors mean its combatants must be willing to aggressively explore new markets and have the courage to develop innovative business models to generate fresh avenues of revenue growth. Alongside a naturally complementary portfolio of products, it is this shared desire to succeed through innovation that gives this partnership its vibrant synergies."
