Infosys has partnered with cloud giant Google. Infosys, which has headquarters in Bangalore, India offers a broad range of next-generation services. Established in 1981, the company has customers in more than 50 countries. Alongside consulting it provides a broad suite of offerings including IT solutions and cloud services alongside ‘Big Data’ and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services. Its new partnership with Google will see the companies cooperate on cloud transformation and migration services.
The partnership will see Infosys offer its solutions and services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to establish a “scalable, on-demand cloud model” that will allow companies to “easily transition and adopt a cloud-first strategy”. These solutions and services will include AI and machine learning solutions such as ‘Analytics Workbench’ - a solution that enhances data platforms; Information Grid - which “provides a data pipeline for seamless movement of data” to GCP; and ‘Customer Genome’ - a service that enables companies to “build a self-service driven and entity-centric foundation for explorative, predictive and prescriptive analytics”. Infosys is also launching the ‘Data Native Intelligent Enterprise’ on GCP. This is a new offering that is built on the ‘Infosys Digital Brain’.
