NTT Centerstance has been awarded Salesforce Fullforce Master Certification. The company, a Salesforce partner since 2001 and part of Japan's NTT Group, was awarded the certification for its expertise and as recognition for its ability to deliver global cloud solution sales.
NTT Centerstance specializes in transforming businesses by improving their processes and developing cloud applications for their business processes. It offers a full range of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud services. Salesforce was launched in 1999 and provides cloud-based Contact Relationship Management (CRM) services. The company is a recognized leader in the field and its CRM platform has morphed into one of the world's leading enterprise cloud ecosystems.
Salesforce's certification is awarded as part of the Salesforce Cloud Alliance Program. It is designed for Salesforce partners who provide "validated Salesforce implementation expertise" and are able to meet Salesforce's sales targets.
