Red Level has achieved a number of Microsoft competencies. Red Level, which has headquarters in Novi, Michigan, United States, provides a range of technology consulting services to companies of all sizes in a range of industries. It utilizes advanced technology solutions to meet its customers’ individual business requirements and enable them to “create and manage enterprise-grade IT systems”.
Red Level has attained Gold Cloud Productivity, Gold Hosting, Gold Midmarket Solution Provider, and Gold Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions competencies, alongside Silver Datacenter, Silver Messaging, and Silver Devices and Deployment competencies. To achieve such a broad range of competencies Red Level was required to show “outstanding ability and commitment to meet Microsoft customers’ evolving needs” and indicate its position “within the top 1 percent of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem”.
Achieving Microsoft competencies requires a company to have staff that pass a range of exams and become Microsoft Certified Professionals. Companies also have to show evidence of successful Microsoft projects through customer references as well as submit the results of an annual customer satisfaction survey.
"We are enormously pleased we succeeded in attaining the level of expertise and commitment that these competencies represent, but in one sense, this is business as usual for us," explained Red Level’s CEO, David King. "For a long time, we’ve made continuous improvement a cornerstone of our business practices. We’re well aware that to compete and succeed on the level that we want to, we need to continually evolve and continually refine what we do. That means constantly working to acquire additional skills and knowledge.
