Cyfuture India Pvt Ltd. (Cyfuture) and information technology management software company SmarterTools Inc. (SmarterTools) have formed a partnership. Cyfuture, which has headquarters in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, was established in 2001. The company’s hosting brands include Go4hosting and Dialwebhosting. It caters to businesses in a range of sectors, including retail, ecommerce, IT, education, banking and finance. It also offers services to government entities. The company “owns and operates state-of-the-art, Tier III data center facilities” in Noida and Jaipur, India and as a presence in the United States and the United Kingdom. The partnership will see the company distribute SmarterTools software to customers as authorized reseller.
SmarterTools, which has headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, was established in 2003. The company “builds applications to help companies communicate, measure, and support their worldwide business operations”. Its products and services include software, email, help desk, SaaS and business intelligence solutions. A globally recognized brand, it caters to business in “a broad base of market segments” including technology, finance, education, and particularly the web hosting industry.
To date SmarterTools has more than 15 million end users signed up. Cyfuture will offer SmarterTools’ options under its Go4hosting brand, reselling the company’s ‘Smarter Mail Server Hosting’ solutions to “small business, ISPs, and hosting companies who are looking for an enriched mailing experience and increased business value”.
