Data center services and cloud hosting provider Unisecure
has announced the launch of upgraded Virtual Private Server (VPS) plans. Established in 1996, Unisecure has headquarters in New York, United States. Alongside VPS hosting, the company’s offerings extend to shared, dedicated, collocation and cloud hosting options made available through five carrier-neutral data centers. Its VPS plans now offer a number of “added extras”.
Unisecure’s VPS plans now offer enhanced security and performance. The ‘add-ons’ guarantee additional protection from “many of the Internet’s day-to-day threats, such as spammers and identity thieves”. They include ‘VPS Offsite Cloud Backup’, ‘Unisecure Server Security’ and ‘SpamExperts Outbound Filter’.
VPS Offsite Cloud Backup protects documents, databases and emails in secure remote cloud storage which can be reestablished via an account’s cPanel ‘Restore Manager’. The option offers 15 independent Cloud Server account previews on a weekly basis. Unisecure Server Security strengthens server security by consolidating “the most intense server security platform in one easy-to-use insurance suite”. It offers full-stack protection against XSS, DDoS, malware, scans, identification and other “computerized assaults”. SpamExperts Outbound Filter is provided by Dutch provider SpamExperts – a recognized leader in email security. Unisecure’s VPS plans now filter outbound email finding spam, viruses, phishing, and other email-related cyber threats with 99.98% accuracy.
"We have always been a client-focused and user experience-oriented company,” explained Unisecure’s Head of Business Development, Olivia. “This basically means that we are constantly working on improving our hosting solutions to keep them at the forefront of performance. We’ve recently announced the extra services with VPS plan. This is just the start of the upgrades and improvements in our services, many more to come."
