Data Center Services Company OnRamp Announces ‘Cloud Innovation Program’
Data center services company OnRamp Access, LLC (OnRamp) has announced the launch of its new ‘Cloud Innovation Program’. OnRamp, which has headquarters in Austin, Texas, United States, was established in 1994. The company specializes in “hybrid computing solutions that enable our customers to blend secure cloud computing, managed hosting, and colocation services to best meet their unique requirements”. Its HITRUST-certified data center services offer high levels of data security and compliance with services available through a number of SSAE16/AICPA SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3 facilities. Its certifications include HIPAA, PCI, SOX, FISMA and FERPA. OnRamp’s new program will offer eligible startups six months of free resources to help them “innovate, scale and thrive”.

The program’s participants will be able to leverage OnRamp’s VPC. When the program ends, startups will receive access to early releases and discounts on OnRamp’s services. Participants will also have access to the company’s partners and its team of experts. The program is available to all startups, but it is especially applicable to software startups that develop Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based offerings that comply to standards such as HIPAA and PCI.

“Our intent is to empower startups with secure, certified infrastructure so they can focus on what they do best: code, test, build, scale and bring new ideas to market,” explained OnRamp’s CEO Lucas Braun. “Austin and Raleigh both have a tight-knit community of entrepreneurs who support one another. With this spirit in mind, we developed a program that gives back to the community,” he explained.
