CoreSite has partnered with healthcare cloud computing company MTS Healthcare. CoreSite, which has headquarters in Denver, Colorado, United States, was established in 2001. The company operates in North American markets and caters to around 900 customers including Fortune 500 companies, network operators, cloud providers, and other service providers. It has 16 data centers located in Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, North Virginia, San Francisco, Santa Clara, and Washington DC.
MTS Healthcare, which has headquarters in Pasadena, California, United States, bills itself as “the leading healthcare cloud computing platform in the United States”. The company offers HIPAA-compliant services with a mission to “reduce the cost and complexity of healthcare IT”. Its partnership with CoreSite, will enable the company to offer “a highly-scalable data center solution in which to host its ever-growing healthcare cloud computing platform”. MTS Healthcare will deploy services at a CoreSite data center in Los Angeles.
CoreSite has two data centers located in its Los Angeles facilities - LA1 (One Wilshire) and LA2. Together the centers cater to around 500 customers that utilize its cloud, network, and enterprise services.
“As the volume and complexity of healthcare IT requirements grow, healthcare organizations are finding CoreSite’s data center solutions to be a secure and reliable option,” explained CoreSite’s SVP of Sales and Marketing. “MTS Healthcare shares the same customer-centric approach to serving its clients that we focus on at CoreSite. As such, working with MTS on this deployment is the first of what we hope are many such relationships.”
